1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one account with ta5pwy. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account with ta5pwy, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Active mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah)

You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ta5pwy is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our security procedures, we require all Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) before processing withdrawals. KYC verification typically requires:

• Clear photograph or scan of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Bank account verification documentation

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

ta5pwy supports deposits through major Indonesian banks and e-wallets including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your financial institution.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your ta5pwy account instantly or within 15 minutes. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to banking system maintenance or technical issues. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods

You may withdraw funds from your ta5pwy account using the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted for security and anti-money-laundering reasons. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

ta5pwy strives to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are:

• BCA and BRI: 15-30 minutes
• BNI and Mandiri: 30-60 minutes
• Other banks: 1-4 hours
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 1-2 hours

First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests made outside business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB) will be processed on the next business day.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

ta5pwy reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification
• You have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Your account has violated any terms of service
• You have not met minimum turnover requirements (deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal)

4.6 Transaction Fees

ta5pwy does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

ta5pwy offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. 5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any given time
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

5.4 Bonus Abuse

• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits
• Using arbitrage strategies across multiple platforms
• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ta5pwy are subject to our sportsbook rules. Key provisions include:

• Bets are accepted until the market closes. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
• ta5pwy reserves the right to void bets if there are obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules
• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and will be clearly displayed

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are governed by the rules provided by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game rules can be accessed within each game interface.

6.3 Lottery and Togel Rules

For togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery game) and other lottery products, results are determined by official draws from the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lottery, etc.). ta5pwy accepts no liability for errors in official draw results. Bets must be placed before the draw closes. Late bets will not be accepted.

6.4 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will stand and will be settled according to the game outcome. For live casino games, the game will continue and settle in your absence. You can review the outcome in your betting history after reconnecting.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ta5pwy:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages

• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your account

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

ta5pwy strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

8.2 Third-Party Providers

ta5pwy integrates games and services from third-party providers. We are not liable for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party games or services. Such matters should be resolved according to the respective provider's terms.

8.3 Financial Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money while using ta5pwy services. ta5pwy is not liable for any financial losses you incur through gambling activities. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for gambling within your financial means.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ta5pwy, its operators, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ta5pwy account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no terms have been violated.

9.2 ta5pwy's Right to Terminate

ta5pwy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You have failed to provide required verification documents
• Your account poses a security risk to ta5pwy or other players

In the event of account termination for violation of terms, ta5pwy reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
